September 10, 2016 - After a rigorous application process and having told the lenders that we wanted our mortgage to be l $1500.00 or less, we decided to not proceed with them on financing our home purchase. A very aggressive and intimidating man made many harassing calls to our home using different phone numbers attempting to pressure us. June 1, 2016 - Trying to refinance our home through American Financial Network INC, - # -. We were told we qualified for a VA Loan, my husband is retired. We were told we had to have an VA Appraisal, which we did for $400.00. Then we were told that we could not get a VA Loan and that we had to get a conventional appraisal, which we did for $600.00. We were given GFE and numbers and interest rate shown on the GFE were very promising. Based on those numbers we decided to proceed with AFN. I quit the company -/-/-/-/2014 and asked when they were going to pay me my final commission. They told me on the following pay period.
