J J Marshall & Associates, Inc Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer keep getting calls about my loan November 18, 2016 - I attended - University from -, I got financial aid to help pay for tuition and stuff. - issues students debit cards to load the unused balance from the student loans into the card. I decided to not attend school anymore and dropped my classes. Last year I got a letter from - saying I owe them over $3000.00 for the renaming portion of my loan. I lost my debit card soon after I dropped my classes and I never took the or received the $3000.00. I tried to explain that to - and they told me too bad and referred to a collection company. J J Marshall & Associates, Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine September 1, 2016 - Over a year ago I was trying to move out of my grandmother home into a place for the first time and every place I applied for would not accept me because I have an eviction on my credit which I never had my own place before as I previously stated. I constantly contacted J J MARSHALL ASSOCIATES INC several times and I kept getting the run arounds. They constantly were telling me they were going to send out a fraud pocket on step to dispute the matter, which I never receive so I reported the situation to - to dispute the matter after a year trying to do it on my own with the company.... |
