August 25, 2016 - After moving from a house that I was renting I received a collections notice in the amount of $4700.00 from Capital Accounts. When asking them what the amount was pertaining to they stated it was from - - - whom we rented from. I do not owe - property management any debt nor this company. Upon viewing my rights I sent Capital Accounts a certified letter to dispute the debt, Capital accounts did not validate the debt. They did not send any documentation proofing the amount they claimed I owed instead they placed the account in collections....
