Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay New York

I had work done by my - that was not covered by insurance. After 120 days, they turned my account over to a collection agency. On three separate occasions, the collection agency has called me at work, each time being told that my employer does not allow personal calls. On the third call, the operator became belligerent with me when I refused to give my checking account/debit card information.
