Amex consumers have reported over 21 official complaints related to ID prepaid card. Out of the 21 consumer complaints against Amex, 19% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 43% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 14% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

The temporary card was activated successfully in-store and I loaded money into the card. This temporary card is supposed to be registered on the AME- website to get a permanent card.
