Enova International, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy July 23, 2016 - I filed for bankruptcy on -/-/2016. Netcredit was included. The bankruptcy was discharged on -/-/2016. I have received multiple calls from them and - emails this week. I called and was told they do not have my bankruptcy info. ( They have not contacted me since the original notification in - ). I gave them the info and was told they would " look into it '' but that collection activity will continue. I was told by - of the callers that they were not under any obligation to " honor '' the request from the court and that I needed to pay this debt.... |
