Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action January 15, 2016 - Scott Lowery Law office contacted me about a alleged debt that supposedly I owe, I immediately responded back by mail to dispute the debt and to obtain verification and proof that I owe this debt. The paperwork that they sent back to me was arranged in a matter to represent a court filing and had my local courthouse name and address on it but no case number. The documentation provided was obviously forged because the contract they sent had multiple signature dates, no signatures and other fabricated. documents and documents with no reference to the original account number and no direct link ... |
