Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action January 15, 2016 - Scott Lowery Law office contacted me about a alleged debt that supposedly I owe, I immediately responded back by mail to dispute the debt and to obtain verification and proof that I owe this debt. The paperwork that they sent back to me was arranged in a matter to represent a court filing and had my local courthouse name and address on it but no case number.
