Real Time Resolutions Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect November 4, 2015 - Real Time Resolutions refuses to stop reporting to the Credit Agencies that it is a closed collection account. Every month they report a late payment on an open account, I have tried numerous times to stop this and they refuse. - has even called them with me on the phone to confirm that it is a closed collection account and they then admit that it is a closed collection account. However Real time tells - to send in writing to confirm its a closed account before they will stop. This happens every month. What can I do to stop this false reporting by Real Time Resolution. ... |
Real Time Resolutions Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt October 21, 2015 - Real Time Solutions is a collections agency. They are not the original creditor to whom the debt was owned. I have disputed their reporting to -, - and now they are reporting expired debt that has passed the 7 year reporting time to -. On -/-/- their reporting of - - for $68000.00 expired. - removed it from my credit report. However on the same date that the date expired, -/-/-, Real time solutions reported it as new debt. - did not check the report and my credit score dropped - point.
