Ditech Financial LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease March 28, 2016 - I received a - from Ditech ( formally Greentree ). I also received a letter this week saying the - was incorrect stating it was a mortgage instead of a car lease. The original creditor had charged of this debt in -/-/-. They did not attempt to collect it from me nor put it on my credit report because they had accidentally repossessed the car while it was in current status. They then delivered the car to the wrong address and I found the vehicle a couple weeks later damaged.
