September 16, 2016 - I lease a motorcycle like 2 years ago, my motorcycle was stolen 3 months ago already and nothing has been cleared, I call and they always have some excuse, never is their fault, they are saying I 'm 2 months behind my payments and that my insurance company has n't paid the motorcycle yet, when I have my bank statement and I fax it to them showing I have made all my payments, also I have all the paperwork from my insurance company showing the check number and copy of the check and transaction showing that they have already received the money and cashed it, THEY TOOK THE MONEY ALREADY, and they ...

Campus Student Funding, LLC Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease

December 17, 2015 - Through research I had to find out how the payments were to be made into which I found out the payments were to be made electronically through an ACH ( automated clearing house payment ) form. Well all I wanted to do was terminate the ACH form and pay for the lease through my own means and their website into which you can pay by check or credit/debit card. It states on that form that a submission in writing must be made to MotoLease LLC. for whom the lease is though in a reasonable amount of time for them to respond.
