Helvey & Associates Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 14, 2015 - We called in - to end shut off service. Our lease was ending and we where relocating to -. They did not disconnect the service on -/-/- as requested. The new renters continued to use the service under me well into -/-/-. When we received the bill and disputed why it was not disconnected when we requested. After the investigation, they found that the final bill should have been $160.00, however they sent us a final bill and reported to credit agency without allowing me to pay the bill. This should never have went to the credit agency since it was their error. ... |
