Risecredit, LLC Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount September 18, 2015 - My - year old mother was solicited by a predatory lender, RISE for a personal loan. She agreed to a $1300.00 loan but was told the California law stated the minimum loan amount was $2600.00. Her interest rate is 125 %, how is this legal? She is on a fixed income and RISE has set up an auto pay with her checking account with a monthly payment of $470.00. No income documentation was required from RISE to determine her ability to repay the loan. How is this legal? This is elder abuse! Please shut this company down ... |
Risecredit, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to June 14, 2015 - Rise Credit, which is the company I acquired this loan from has been harassing me for almost three weeks now. I took out a small loan of $-, after the interest the total payoff is almost $-I have only missed - payment, after almost - on time payments and ever since the missed payment they have been calling me non stop, almost - times a day between my personal phone and work phone, which they were told they are not allowed to call.My work has logs of the number calling, they call about - an hour and when we pick up they don't say anything and hang up.... |
