There has been no verification of this debt nor have I received any documentation from the company by mail. Source Receivables Management LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt August 3, 2015 - Representative named - called my cell phone without authorization failed properly identify right party and herself or company. The representative - called my cell phone number without authorization on a predictive dialer and I incurred charges as a result. This is a violation of the FDCPA. In addition the rep failed to properly identify her self or the company or the right party. I was told that I would not owe any early termination fees as I was outside my early termination period. I was confused as I have not lived there for over one year and received nothing in the mail regarding any debts. I request that they provide me with information of the amount I owe in writing and they refused to send me that information. They state that they sent me a letter 10 months ago.
