The services attempting to be collected upon are from patient accounts that were submitted to the collections agency from - under a prior business owners name. Our doctor purchased the practice from the doctor in question in -/-/-, however all account aging and collections from before the purchase of the practice remained in the prior doctors name and were forwarded to him via postal forwarding. I went to this business FOR A CONSULTATION. the - never told me that I would have to pay for anything. When I went to leave the receptionist told me I had to write a check for $3500.00. they would hold the check for two weeks - AFTER I came back for trays '' - they would then submit the bill to my insurance company in three weeks after I Paid them for the full amount of $7500.00.
