American Pacific Mortgage Corporation Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker November 14, 2015 - We feel that due to the lack of integrity of our loan officers and their team we were forced to pay $1800.00 in extra costs associated with securing our mortgage from Pacific American Mortgage DBA - Home Loans. We were told that they were familiar with HUD FHA - Streamlined Loans. When in fact they were not. They were not honest with us on more than - occasion. Due to this dishonesty our closing was extended twice which forced us to change plans twice, i.e. extend our obligations.
