Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received March 28, 2015 - Charged me for a utilities and refused to accept proof that I was not residing at property at time bill was made. No record of call to disconnect. I paid this company 's hired collection agency ( Assoiated Credit Services ) $410.00 in order to remove a debt from my credit reports related to a bill that I did not make for utilities.
