Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt January 17, 2017 - I view my credit report on a month to month bases and since -/-/2016 I noticed that First Financial has been reporting to the credit bureaus for an alleged amount owed of $420.00 without any notification. First Financial did not send any written notification/statements via mail or any communication at all. Since -/-/2016 I 've sent numerous of validation disputes on a month to month bases only to be ignored. On the Friday prior, - -, I called at - MST to cancel the arrangement as I have started working with a debt consolidation company. I called during business hours and did not receive a call back even though I left a message requesting a call back AND requesting they stop payment. I gave them more than 48 hours to do so. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid October 25, 2016 - First Financial Investment Fund V, LLC are trying to collect a debt which I do not owe. They are trying to collect a debt under - different account for the same company. I told the company that all debts and claims for - - has been fully resolved. They closed the - debt for this company however they are refusing to closed the other debt they claimed I owe for the same company. I sent a dispute letter on -/-/- requesting further verification and proof within 30 days, today -/-/2016 I still have not receive this from the debt collector or confirmation that it has been closed.... |
