Stallings Financial Group, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid November 16, 2015 - Apparently I owed a medical debt that just popped up on my credit report. The debt was for $130.00. It dropped my score dramatically, I contacted the collections agency and the debt was paid but they stated they do not remove items from credit reports. I did not receive proper notification that this debt was going into collections or that I owed any money. No one called or sent anything in the mail to let me know I had a debt to be paid. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid September 23, 2015 - There was an outstanding balance owed by my ex-wife at a dentist for our children. The dentist forwarded the debt to a debt collector in -/-/- and when I was contacted I immediately payed the debt. In -/-/- the debt collector added a collection to my credit report for $720.00 and refuses to remove it. I contacted the dentist office and they report they have not received the money I paid to the debt collector. Also the balance was only $470.00 yet I paid $610.00. Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 2, 2015 - I was contacted by a representative of Stallings Financial Group out of -, GA on -/-/2015. I was contacted by - and he did not verify that he was speaking w/ me, nor did he give the mini miranda. They also disclosed all personal information to my sister who is NOT authorized on any of my accounts and now I am totally distraught. Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language May 28, 2015 - The company Stallings Financial Group has been harassing me and threatening me about a debt for a doctor that I visited. I explained to the person that I was going through financial hardships and that I was unable to make an arrangement at that time. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was the supervisor. I have a very sick child and have lost my job due to budget cuts at my company. I included ALL my medical bills into my bankruptcy. The dates that they are giving are false. These - account were open way before my bankruptcy. Which is like a year or two before my bankruptcy. If I am force to get documents then I will begin getting the paper from the doctors office showing when the account were originally opened.
