I have documentation stating he was supposed to take all his debt and I was to take mine which was minimal and mostly doctors bills. Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action June 23, 2015 - I have had - accounts with Southern Oregon Credit Service for a few years now. The debt collectors have now attempted for the - time to garnish my wages. - accounts have been paid off with them. The - times, I called SOCS to make the delinquent accounts right with them.
