Residential Credit Solutions Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure September 30, 2015 - Residential Credit Solutions , Inc. acting as the Servicer of this mortgage has failed to meet all of its requirements under - and illegally foreclosed on my personal home by selling it at auction on -/-/2015. The direct violation of - law is based on RCS improperly and unfairly reviewing my loan modification request for relief. i have submitted a complete loan modification direct via fax and have been forced to resubmit the same package several times.
