Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls February 8, 2017 - This company is calling and harassing me on my personal cell and calling my work, which is explicitly prohibited by The Fair Credit Reporting Act. He mentioned some credit card I had never heard of. Furthermore, they have no standing to contact me about a debt, they also have not verified what debt they claim I owe.
