I have to take a loan with the company Western Sky in order to keep my apartment. I did n't understand finances at the time. Their interest rate was over 100 %. It also stipulated that my payments of over $ -/month would go towards the interest rather than the principle. The loan was only for $6000.00. I have been paying for 4 years spending several thousand dollars above the principle but not clearing the debt. Delbert Services Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls December 21, 2015 - I received several calls from -. He will not tell me what company they are with, only that I allegedly owe money to a western sky finance. I paid all my loan and then some to western sky and I do n't know who these people are that are trying to collect money from me. They called me at work and even after I told him I was at work and they were not allowed to call me the agent said they would continue to call me. I called him back and he kept hanging up on me until finally he transferred me to a supervisor. This is harassment plain and simple and I want to file charges on these people. ... |
