National Principal Group, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to May 12, 2016 - I, my friends, my family, and my employer have all received multiple phone calls from an agency, purportedly to collect a debt. When describing the ways in which these collectors have violated the FDCPA, I had - or - different options from which to choose. These people have refused to verify any debt. They have refused to disclose from what agency they are calling. They have called my employer repeatedly, after the human resources manager hung up on them, in an attempt to block the line. They have called my employer threatening to serve me with papers, and asking how they can contact me.... |

National Principal Group, LLC Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language November 25, 2015 - Company has called and harassed family members after being asked to dispute the claim for validity and after telling me that they would no longer contact me or my family members. Stating the company owning the debt would call after it was sent back. The company then proceeded to call family and tell them they were trying to get a hold of me for passing bad checks. I spoke to - of their " representatives '' all of which claimed I owed a several hundred dollar balance on a pay day loan, which I had never taken out. Each time I contacted their offices to request emailed documentation of the alleged debt, I was assured that it would be sent.
