Ditech Financial LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine November 19, 2016 - Repeated phone calls from Ditech stating we need to contact them about a debt we owe. No one in our home has ever used Ditech or Green Tree and none of us have outstanding debts. I suspect they are using our information to try and find someone we 're related to, or an ex. Probably bought this debt from the last - we reported for the same scam-type behavior.... |

Today when checked my answering machine there were 2 more. I guess I really need to just start logging these because what, it 's worth a - or so per call and notification and confirmation on debt exists has been well documented on this site!... |
