I sent the collection agency to give me more information about the debt being in question. I sent the letter by registered mail via USPS ( - ) and never got a response from the collection agency, the information i requested for. Per USPS, the collection agency did receive the letter on Monday - -, 2016. But the collection agency acted as if they did n't get any response from me.
