'' They made - hard credit inquires on my account that occurred -/-/16 & -/-/16. I never once applied for any new lines of credit, nor did I approve any creditors to run my credit for any reason during - 2016. There should be - credit inquiries made against my account during those dates in - 2016 so I have no option but to assume this was a fraudulent act.... |
Citibank Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls August 28, 2016 - I have received many calls from this number with the caller asking me to confirm my identity. When I ask for their business name and mailing address they refuse to provide it. I have told the callers that if they do not provide me with their business address that I must assume they are performing illegal activity and give them one more opportunity to give their mailing address. All attempts on my part to get their mailing address are refused with the caller going straight back to asking me for my name.... |

I have no accounts, nor have I ever had accounts with -. I have an account in good standing with Citibank with a - balance. The collectors give my name and call my cellphone, but they do not have my address and they give a different social security number and age/birthdate. It 's not the first time this company does this. In previous occasions my account was n't even 10 days late and I was getting calls at work, they also called my sister and told her that if I did n't pay they were going to garnish my wages.
