Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls April 30, 2015 - These are computer generated phone calls at least - times a day even on saturdat.they leave me a message and have my last name spelled wrong.so then they say they are a consumer credit counseling co.and someone is trying to sue you.but when i called their number they answer as portfolio credit collection agency lying about who they are.i am on social security - and are being treated by a - from the veterens adm.for - - and the constant phone calls are making it difficult to get better ... |
