ERC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls October 29, 2016 - ERC contacted my elderly parents at a number and residence that I have not lived at or used in over twenty years. They attempted to pump my parents for information about me but would not state who they were or what they wanted. I only found out that they were a debt collection agency through -.
