Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine November 1, 2016 - This complaint is in regards to my experience with this company in attempt to collect a debt. I resided with a company in -/-/- which went under the name of - - owned by a separate company & within months of signing my lease the company was bought out and named - -. Upon leaving my lease one month early, I was expecting to a " breaking lease fee '' & my last month 's rent, which was the month I did not pay ( -/-/- ).
