This complaint is in regards to my experience with this company in attempt to collect a debt. I resided with a company in -/-/- which went under the name of - - owned by a separate company & within months of signing my lease the company was bought out and named - -. Upon leaving my lease one month early, I was expecting to a " breaking lease fee '' & my last month 's rent, which was the month I did not pay ( -/-/- ). After leaving the complex there was NO FORM OF CONTACT, simply because none of the contact information on file was correct. I had no knowledge of all the charges the company has built up and placed on my account. -/-/- I was applying for new apartments and kept getting denied for this misunderstanding which has now accumulated to my credit. After several attempts to contact the company and set up some arrangement I have took it upon myself to dispute the charges since I had no knowledge of it. I have called and been disrespected numerous time I have be researching where to contact, now I am here hoping to get some help


never received a phone call from this company that they were attempting to collect a debt. I did not give them my current address and - - did not attempt to verify my mailing address, email address or telephone number. I am really fed up with this company and even willing to solve the issue IF my dispute is denied, I am simply out of options and hoping to find a pointing finger here. The company ( - ) was so unorganized and nonchalant that it would be modest to think that their collections company would have any more class and respect. I am hoping at the end of this and with the dispute and this additional complaint that I will soon have this issue resolved and this company name off of my credit. If anyone can provide me with the proper address I should send my letter to, a name of someone I could speak to in regards to solving this matter or any little information that I can use to solve this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
