Amex consumers have reported over 37 official complaints related to Savings account. Out of the 37 consumer complaints against Amex, 32% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 8% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 11% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

This company is ran by crooks and should be shut down. I recently had my Savings account closed for reasons unknown to me. I called and asked why, but they refused to tell me why my account was closed. I asked them what would happen to my - dollars I had in the account, for which they also refused to give me an answer. This company has a plan to steal peoples hard earned money and they are getting away with it. I dont know what to do about my money but people need to be aware of American express savings shady business practices.... |
