Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management May 1, 2016 - After an IRA CD matured, Citizens Bank associates, advised my - year old grandmother to deposit the money into her checking account instead of opening a money market IRA account. This caused her over $4000.00 in taxes, about 1/4 of the worth of the CD. When I called to speak to the manager he was unapologetic and lied saying he personally helped her, when in fact, a female by the name of - helped her.
