Pinnacle Recovery, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received November 25, 2015 - A past due balance with my vacation company was submitted to Pinnacle Recovery after 30+ days of non-payment. I never received any written notice of what was owed and I was never given the opportunity to dispute their claim. The individual assigned to my case '' was not helpful. I tried to work with a supervisor and was rebuffed. They will not verify the actual amount owed and will only take care of business over the phone. I am attempting to pay the debt in installments, but they will not allow that. ... |
