On - -, I called Harvard and spoke to a - to request a copy of the letter she claimed was sent to me. I had already heard from - prior collection agencies, and I disputed the claimed debt with very specific and documented reasons for my dispute. - at Harvard claimed she would resend the letter via fax and email and remove the item from my credit bureau.
