Umpqua Holdings Corporation Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease December 5, 2015 - I am unable to get statements of account from bank, to validate my payments are actually going to my car purchase. Online statements were frequently unavailable " No accounts found '' and paper statements never get mailed. Bank states they 've got everything set correctly, but I still never get anything. Not even sure of exact loan type as the bank has yet to provide me any paperwork other than an account number. ... |
