Hyundai Capital America Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease December 4, 2015 - I had a car financed with Hyundai Motor Finance the past six years. I only had four payments left on the car when I was involved in an accident. As a result of my claim I was given a check for $1700.00 and by the time I got my check I only owed about $350.00. I decided not to get the car repaired because I ended up getting a different car. Because Hyundai still had a lien on the car the check from the insurance company was made out to myself and Hyundai. Hyundai Capital America Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease November 5, 2015 - I had a car loan with Kia Motors Finance. My car was hit - while the car was parked. My insurance company paid off the loan but paid more than the balance of the loan and Kia Motors Finance refuses to return the balance. Although this is a small amount, I believe this occurs to many many people and we have no other recourse.
