Byrider Franchising, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease managing the loan or lease December 9, 2015 - I purchased a vehicle from -. Byrider/CNAC Finanace about a year ago. Nine months into the loan, I had a major problem with the vehicle and it was determined that the entire engine had to be replaced. This car had previously been a flood vehicle ( which was never disclosed to me upon purchase ). I returned the car to them and informed them that I no longer want it. The remaining balance of the loan has become a major point of dispute. Since I have explained to them that they will not be receiving any further payments from me, they have harassed myself and my family ( whose numbers they have... |
