ERC Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info February 22, 2017 - This amount was previously removed. It was for - account with -. The equipment was returned and - kept saying the matter would be escalated and the amount removed but nothing was ever done. Now it is reported again. Just today I spoke with another agent - # - she hung up on me when she tried transfering my call. I am tired of this issue. I ca n't resolve anything with -. ERC Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report reinserted previously deleted info January 25, 2017 - I had a - account and it was turned over for collections back in -/-/-. I returned the equipment to them in -/-/- due to finding them in storage because they were loaded on the moving truck with other stuff. - turned me over to collection company called - and I seen this on my credit report. I filed a dispute on this and explained to them that this had been resolved in -/-/-. They removed this from by credit report in -/-/-. The amount was $1000.00.
