July 2, 2015 - We agreed to a settlement via phone with Capital One and she set up automatic withdrawals from our account. We paid the final settlement payment -/-/-. In -/-/- I later received collection calls for the same account that was settled -/-/-. I checked my credit report and it showed my settled account was not paid.
