Incorrect information on credit report Account status New Jersey

I cited my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and asked Capital One Bank to provide me with full details regarding the proper timely billing of my credit card account. I asked them to provide proof that they billed me on time and that my payments were in fact late. Capital One ignored my request and insisted that they were correct in their billing efforts. Attached to this complaints are the letter that they issued in response to my request and the certified mail receipt dated - -, 2015.
