ECMC Group, Inc. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan August 1, 2016 - Back in 2007, I attended - - , - ( - University ) now called - - -. I submitted a request to be withdrawn from attendance within the required time frame. The school had informed me that the loan would not take effect immediately, but would be disbursed in future semesters towards the end of my degree plan ; they withheld how the loan disbursement would actually take place. They never processed my withdrawal request, and instead kept me on their attendance records to they could collect on the loan disbursement, which they did.
