September 20, 2016 - I never had an account with Citibank for student loans. There was someone else that opened up accounts in my name and I did not receive any benefits from the loans. August 10, 2016 - As I understand this issue, a student loan account was opened in 2004 for my continuance of education. During this time I had repeatedly tried to resolve the debt through settlement, however, CitiBank did not accept any terms and turned the matter over to a collection agency.
