Wells Fargo & Company Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account terms March 3, 2017 - I 've disputed this account with all - credit bureaus multiple times to no avail. Every time it comes back verified as being accurate when its inaccurate. Wells Fargo Dealer Services has re-aged this debt and listed the close date as being -/-/- when it really should be -/-/-. This is a blatant violation of the FDCPA and FCRA. Because of this I 'm not able to purchase a home because it appears that I recently defaulted on a loan that is really almost three years old.... |
