Gila LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt November 24, 2015 - I am currently a customers with -, service that pays toll roads on your behalf. When my debit card had to be destroyed due to fraud they were unable to process my payment. They turned the debt over to Municipal Service Bureau, a private debt collection company. They issued me a bill and I paid it. They then issued me further bills after this payment. I disputed this payment both by their internal methods and by a certified letter saying that I did not understand these charges and that I believed that they were in the wrong to issue further late charges as a debt collection agency.
