Earm LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt July 17, 2015 - Before I begin with the issues, I do want to make reference that the name that they have the debt under for me is my prior married name, - -, not - -. There are multiple issues with this debt collector. The first is that they are unwilling to provide me with verification and validation of the debt. The only documentation that they can provide is a letter from themselves stating the balance that I owe. I do not remember taking out the debt and they can not provide me with contact information for the company that they are attempting to collect he debt for so that I can validate that ... |
