Carter-Young, Inc. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt June 30, 2015 - I am asking - for validation of debt for a collection they say I owe for an apartment complex. I have sent them 3 letters asking for validation. The - letter said their client verified the name and address listed on the account was correct. I did n't ask for that, I asked for legal validation. In the - letter I received, they sent a statement with my name but not my signature from a lease agreement, nothing showing my DOB or SSN. It had an apartment complex manager 's signature, not mine.
