Continental Finance Company, LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action seized/attempted to seize property November 23, 2016 - On Friday, - -, -, I received a call from - - - a representative from a collection agency named -. - - advised me this was a debt collector and his intent was to collect a debt that had been sold several times from the originator " Continental Financial, Matrix Credit Card. '' He stated I owed upwards of $700.00 and he planned to seek legal charges ultimately resulting in me paying close to $3000.00 in legal and penalty fees if I did not pay the $700.00.
