There was a short time when I was without a job and/or not making enough to make the outrageously high payments that Key was requiring. I spoke with someone and deferred the loans, though at a later date, I was informed that my loans had been sent over to collections in that time and that my loan payments I was making were no longer considered " valid payments. During my personal bankruptcy case after college, I found that after my discharge was granted that, while most of my student loans were moved into the automatic stay, - was not.
