American Coradius International LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer keep getting calls about my loan April 18, 2016 - I have repeatedly told American Coradis that the loan is not valid and that they should stop calling my job or my home. I have repeatedly asked on the phone for proof of debt and that I signed any documents for the loan. They have not provided such proof. I sent a letter advising them to cease phone calls and provide me with proof. They have not complied, yet they keep calling. Apparently someone I used to know had a student loan that I cosigned for and was approved for numerous forbearances, and then defaulted. I was never notified that there were forbearances and default until years later. I... |
